If you're at 10% bf just diet and use cardio to get where you want to be and maintain it. You won't maintain anything below 5% so the range you maintain at will be between 6-9%. Which you aren't too far away from. fat burners are good but you typically gain the weight back when you stop using it because the body will want to normalize itself again. The only way to maintain it is through cardio, weight training and a good diet so you might as well save your money and just use the basics to lose the wieght to begin with. Unless you're an ectomorph (naturally skinny, in which case you'd already be at 5% bf) you won't maintain anything less than 7-9% year around.
