Default Fat burners

Fat burners are a scam and they are unhealthy. Start mixing things and you are going to get into toxicity trouble. The research on cla is iffy, at best. Whey is fine.

I suggest taking a mentality of "damn, this is going to take a long time. It aint gonna happen overnight. Thats okay, because by the time I am slim, I will have solid lifestyle habits so I wont get like this again."

I know for me if it was as simple as taking a pill, I would get slim and then start eating like a pig again. So, I guess the reality is a mixed blessing.

Honestly, fat burners are substances that speed up your metabolism. The only problem is that when you come off them then what? Your metabolism will be back to square one if you did not do any damage to your thyroid and heart. Caffeine pills and coffee in general are a good way to test your body ability of having a high metabolic rate for a while, until your body gets used to it!

I belive that cardio is the best way to loose fat along with a carefully planned diet.

Default Speed up

Speed up your metabolism PERMENANTLY by adding muscle mass. No bad side effects there!

Aha..!!! That's an idea. That's interesting and I agree with you, except that for example I'm 6' 240+ lbs lots of muscle, but if stop going to the gym I can maintain my body weight with about 2000- 2400cal/day. Now, if I go to the gym, I can burn 3000cal/day without getting fat.
So, you have to exercise on regular bases to use that muscle to full extent in order to burn calories and increase metabolic rate otherwise you can still get fat!
