Glockwork3 is a jewel in the rough
Default Starting, but need some advice

Hey, well heres the thing, I am 16 years old i weigh 180 roughly and im 6'0 my bench is 195 and i cannot squat due to knee injuries in basketball. I am far from looking fit, i have muscle but its all pretty much hidden by fat. My biceps are just not becoming noticable 'lumps' when u look from the outside, i have veins in them but not too noticable. The last week i've been cutting out on a lot of food i eat maybe 1000 calories a day i havent lost any weight but im also doing a Husker Power lifting program and i look skinnier but im not on the scale, i dont care how much i weigh i just want too look good. I came here too ask for advice i may start eating like 5-6 small meals a day of all healthy food all pop is gone, i rarely eat junk food, and i've been doing this whole "starvation" thing if u will but i still eat like i said atleast 1000 calories a day in pretty much all 'healthy' food. But i'm always hungry and i have been chewing gum and eating mints all the time to get rid of the hunger pains, but i dont know how much longer it will keep up. I dont too very much cardio i might start running every monday wednesday and friday after i lift for that program, for 1.5 miles. So i came here to see what people had to say or give me information i also might by some protein mix to help gain muscle, will this gain me "fat" or will it make me look skinnier "ripped" thanks guys

if u are trying to loose fat and u are doing cardio , u must maintain a high protein intake for u to gain muscles and get rid of fat , i am doing that at the moment , my fckin biggest problem is the fat aound the belly other than that it s fine : am taking whey as a protein supp , eating 4-5meals a day of : chickens , fish , tuna , and little red-meat .....try egg white too ...do cardio 3 days a week and life the other way , having muscles will help u bun fat by increasing ur basal metabolic rate , avoid : sugars , fast-food , fat ....eat a lot of vegetables also to keep a balanced vitamin intake , do not starve urself , it s of no benefit , try to look at it as a way of life rather than a duty and then go back to ur bad eating habbit , if u feel hungry , drink a lot of water it will make u feel full , ......finally , keep in mind that : PASSION +COMMITMENT = RESULTS ......good luck for u
