Default How can i measure calorie loss?

i dont have any like equipment available,and im not even sure if its possible to measure how much calories i burn off without the specail equipment. the reason im asking is because im taking in about 2000 calories with protein shakes alone,,and i was just curious if i can figure out how much of it im burning off

You just have to base it on the ratio of the weightloss you are experiencing. We don't measure how much we burn, we just guess how many calories we need to eat.

Default Calories burning

Sure! Tell me your age and I will tell you how many calories you burn a day just to stay alive. Tell me how active you are (sedentry, moderately active, vigorously active) and I will tell you how many calories are required to keep up with this level of activity. Tell me specifically what activities you are doing at the gym and for what duration and I can tell you how many calories you burn at the gym.
