HI guys,
I am wondering if anyone would understand or know about Lipo 6? It tells us to take a capsule 30 minutes before a meal or before exercise. SO I took it before exercise, and 10 minutes into it I had started getting side and abdomine pain. It felt like I was doing 100 intense crunches. I was running on the treadmill when I felt this pain. So I am wondering if that is a good sign that it is working and maybe I'm burning more fat in a shorter period of time, or is it a bad sign that it's eating into my muscles or something as I work out? Has anyone else experiensed this from taking fat loss pill? I just want to make sure that what I'm feeling is normal and that it is working. I figure the famous line in saying "no pain, no gain". Thanks for your help!!! |

Thank you for your response! What you said makes a lot of sense.
When I do take it without working out, I feel no pain whatsoever. I do feel hyper and energetic though. But no pain. So maybe I'll take your advice and take it after the workout. I have lots of energy without using it before the workout anyway. So I will take it right after a workout. If you have anything else, let me know. Thanks again!!!! |

that is weird cause i also feel pain but in my left ab on top. i am taking adipex and stopped and will give it a day or two to see what happens. If it is right on the side when working out it could just mean u are dehydrated. I recall this one. I couldn't move and it felt similar to a leg cramp in a way. If it is a one time thing then that's better.
