Sesathin is great (I use it every day - when I remember), but I do believe we (the BB community) have decided chitosan is pure shiet.

i have problems ordering sesathin. my order just got shipped on the 31st but i ordered it in december

the caps seem to be sold out everywhere and for some reason i cant get to it on the avant labs site. i can only get the liquid stuff.

from this website but i dont know. i didnt really read up on it.

did u order through Avant? I believe the caps are supposed to be avilable this or next week. The web site was playing up yesterday but seems to be cool today.

is the liquid decent to get down? i heard its disgusting.

is there an advantage to taking the liquid compared to the caps? i just thought it would be easier.

i dont think i can post links but i got it from the discount anabolics website. but ordered it from bb site first. they said they wouldnt have it in for a month. so its finally on its way now at least.

i tried getting it from the avant site but i could never get to the pill form only the liquid. so i couldnt order it. anyways thanks the info.

yeah some ppl dont like the liquid, but I love it

I've tried sesamin caps from a different company, however they didn't work for me for whatever reason, so I prefer to stick with the liquid which has always worked for me.

cool i guess after these 2 bottles get here ill try the liquid form. seeing how 2 bottles will only last me 1 month.

is there any off period while taking sesathin or can u constantly be taking it?

Whilst you could always use SesaThin, I do believe all supps should be given a break once in a while. For example, I haven't used SesaThin non-stop. However, there is no harm in always using it, and realy only has upside.

Alright, the word from Par is that taking SesaThin with chitosan COULD be a problem. He doesn't know how chitosan binds and interacts with lipids and SesaThin shares many properties with lipids.

I have not tried it yet because everytime I find a review of sesamin products, they consist of people in the company giving them 5 stars and calling them a miracle and everyone else posting that they didn't do anything. That's what I have seen so far. Still looking for those everyday users that don't work for the company that have seen these miraculous results... haven't found them yet. Still looking though. Think I'll go the gym and workout and look later.
