Ephedra Free Hydroxycut???

Hey Everyone...im new to the site and wanted to know whats everyone's take on the ephedra free diet pills..Now that its February I wanna start getting in shape for the Spring/Summer and everyone I talk to at the gym swears by Hydroxycut. I always hear how well and fast it works. I know obviously anything with ephedra is going to work better, but my question is do you think the hydroxycut without ephedra will work too? GNC and Vitamin Shop no longer sell the kind with ephedra as its off the market....im 5'5 138 lbs and im toned....but i wanna lose 10 lbs or so...is ephedra free hydroxy cut worth it....or should i just increase my cardio and change my diet?

Well, you should definetly increase the cardio and change your diet if you want to lose weight.

As for the Hydroxycut, it still has about 200mg of caffiene in it among other things that should help curve your appetite and boost your metobalism a little.

The ban on ephedrine has been lifted you can now buy products with ephedra. A lot of companies aren't putting it back into their products & i'm not sure why, but there are some products available that include it.

You can buy some caffiene and some vasopro ephedrine & make your own.
