Default fat loss supp. stack

hey everyone.

i'm 23 yrs old, 230 pounds, 5'11" and I was wondering what would be the best stack to use to lose unwanted fat but keep muscle? I am thinking:

protein powder
l-glutamine
a carb/fat blocker
cortisol blocker
and a diet pill.

any suggestions?

i also work in a warehouse 5 days a week for 4 hours a day, doing intense work. i sweat like a pig, would this be considered cardio? thanks in advance

keep the protien and glut.(if you really want to) glut. really isn't as "wonderfull" as the ads make a person think; but no harm in taking it. The rest of the stack you could drop if you'd just clean up the diet, count cals, eat every 3-4hrs, and allthough you have a vigorous working environment I'd still thrown in a couple morning sessions of HIIT cardio. You'll want to slowly trim cals from you maintenance level and drop weight gradually to preserve muscle, still could lose some but dropping weight too fast and you'll be losing a lot.

Hey C.C. - that link to HIT cardio was terrific! Thanks a bunch. I have obviously been overtraining doing 30 mins at a stretch with intervals versus the recommended 15 (in the article on the MM webpage). One thing I am glad for is my instinct telling me to train the way they described...it just seemed to make sense to jolt one's BMR with sprints and recovery phases. I also echo your thoughts on L-Glutamine, although I have a 2 day lactic acid delay at 50 versus a 12 hour lactic acid response when I was in my 20's. I still think Charles Poloquin is onto something "straight ahead" with his nutritional advice and although Jay Cutler and Markus Ruhl both advocate L-Glutamine, I don't know many working stiffs that do 2 a days!*! Keep the good news coming!
