I am on sesathin right now and am doing a very low carb diet. I am just cutting carbs every day, but I am wondering would it help if i had a high carb day or two during the week. I just wanna do w/e is gonna help me lose the most fat. here is my diet, this is everyday.
7:45 meal 1- 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, two pieces whole wheat toast.(15g carbs each) 10:00 meal 2- broccolli, a few almonds and some whey isolate 12:30 meal 3- can of tuna fish or piece of lean/chicken/turkey fish with some veggies or cottage cheese. 3:30 meal 4- Can of tuna, or piece of fish/chicken/turkey 6:00 meal 5- chicken/fish/beef/turkey and some veggies 8:00 meal 6- cottage cheese...or maybe some whey isolate. as you can see, very low on carbs, should it be this way every day? thanks, Lenny |

Carb cycling worked for me on 2004 it took me from 72 KG to 69 KG (21% BF) then I stayed there for a month an a half until I gave up, I tried it three times on 2005 with no results
