Default carb cycling?

I am on sesathin right now and am doing a very low carb diet. I am just cutting carbs every day, but I am wondering would it help if i had a high carb day or two during the week. I just wanna do w/e is gonna help me lose the most fat. here is my diet, this is everyday.

7:45 meal 1- 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, two pieces whole wheat toast.(15g carbs each)

10:00 meal 2- broccolli, a few almonds and some whey isolate

12:30 meal 3- can of tuna fish or piece of lean/chicken/turkey fish with some veggies or cottage cheese.

3:30 meal 4- Can of tuna, or piece of fish/chicken/turkey

6:00 meal 5- chicken/fish/beef/turkey and some veggies

8:00 meal 6- cottage cheese...or maybe some whey isolate.

as you can see, very low on carbs, should it be this way every day?

thanks,

Lenny

I'm not in love with low carb diet because once you get off of it you will gain weight at a very high rate if you do not know what you are doing. My advice is to eat normal for 4 days out of the week and do 3 days low carb diet. For example normal-low-normal-low.......This is an in between way of not killing your body and see how it works. Make adjustments as you go along.

Carb cycling worked for me on 2004 it took me from 72 KG to 69 KG (21% BF) then I stayed there for a month an a half until I gave up, I tried it three times on 2005 with no results

Here is where I got my information:

Part 2 -> http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par32.htm
Part Q&A -> http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/par49.htm

Good luck
