Like Sputnik said, don't do more than 6, unless you don't have to sleep for a long time nor mind constant cotton mouth and a killer headache (learned the hard way).
I would spay it in my hand and rub it into an area. So squirt=rub into obliques on one side, squirt=rub into other side, 2 squirts=rub around the tire Basically what Sput said. |

And Yohimbe. Best to apply in the AM then around dinner time or after workout in the afternoon. Since I workout after work, I would apply in the AM, then after my shower after working out, at about 6PM. I still stayed up like a tweeker for the first few nights but you get used to it. |
