newb here
whats up guys...im 22 and im 6'4 at 255lbs...ive been naturally "big" my whole life...well im trying to get into shape and lose some weight then after that put on muscle...mostly for me my diet is pretty messed up...i have a 6month old daughter so my excuse for eating junk is just that i dont have time or the energy to make something or eat healthy...so im gonna try and force myself to do the right thing...as of right now im just trying to change my diet and im also taking a combo of gncs brand of cla 1000mg before every meal and im also going to be comboing that up with hot rox...my main problem is i just wish i could do cardio in the morning because i heard its great for losing fat...also wish i could do the 5-6 small meals a day....for anyone who knows would one of these meals could a soy shake count?
