YES!! I started on cardio after 2 years!
Finally.
I couldnt start my cardio for cutting cycle last week cause of reduced energy levels plus hydroxycut playing with my system.
today I got up kinda late, like around 11 am. Called in to office saying I would be on leave. Reason being that I wanted to make sure I start on my cardio to break down the initial resistance, i know it's gonna be easier from tomorrow.
So I did 30 mins of running at my target heart rate. Ran on empty stomach, but i was sipping whey + gatorade during the workout.
Now I gotta reach office tomorrw morning like 10, so I would probably be sleeping for just a few hours in the night today. But I am gonna freaking make sure I get my cardio in tomorrow morning, no matter what.
