Default spot reduction and lipoderm

If spot reduction doesn't exist, than how can this product work???

Sure it exists, in one shape or another... Its not dramatic, but you will get some results if you are relatively lean already. pgf is another (more dramatic) example of site enhancement/reduction.

Not sure but I used this stuff for one week and lost .5 in off the waist.
How did it work?
Dehydrate the fat cells or something like that.

For a better result go by some Capsaicin HP and rub it on liberally after apply the Lipoderm-Y. Make sure you get the Y, other stuff not as good.
The Cap you can get at a grocery store, it is arthritis cream.
That stuff will burn but man is does it work. The GF has been on it for 2weeks and she is not lean but it has tightened up her legs, abs, and butt quite a bit.

Get Out!!!
I think I might get it too. The Lipoderm-Y works better than Lipoderm Ultra? What is the difference?
I'll go to Avant Labs and check it out too to see what I can find out.

Sounds interesting, since the dreaded lower abdominal fat is what stands between me and a 6 pack. I'll hold off for now since cardio is cheaper but i'll keep that one in mind

Yeah, this is not a fix all, just helps to augment.
I was skeptical of it but after a week was really impressed.
After my cycle when I start to cut this will be included.
At the Avant site, do a search for 'spooky' and ipoderm and you will see the Cap suggestions.

Be warned, it is can get pretty hot the first few times especially if you do cardio with it on.

That's insane!!! Who would have thought to put on arthritis cream after the Y! I have some Y so i'll pick up some cap and have a go at it.

For men, Lipoderm-Ultra is the better choice.

For women, Lipoderm-Y is the better choice.

Basically, they work by preventing the shut-off of thermogenic neurotransmitters. Yohimbine prevents nor-epinephrine shut-off so that fat-burning can continue uninterrupted.

Sir Savage is the man.
I would also add that Lipo Ultra works best if ur 12%BF or less preferably. If ur above, then go for Ab-Solved, of which some retailer still have stock.

It worked a little bit, nothing to "hang your hat on" though and not worth the money IMO, I just found it was easier to cut a few hundred cals and add another day of cardio.

And lots of people think it is well worth the money, especially with the cap. thrown in.

And I am above 12% BF and tried it cause the GF bought 2 bottles. I still noticed a difference just after 1 week and so did she.

I went to the Avant site and read about it.
So, Lipoderm-Y would be more benficial for me, since I'm female?
That spooky info on the site makes it sound like mixing it with cap. and nicotine works the best, but just how uncomfortable would it be? And how long would that burn last?
I haven't gotten my bf% done in a few months but I'd say that I'm probably between the 11-13 range. Maybe less now.

I'd expect you to lobby it till the death , I'm not saying it didn't work- I'm just saying you could put the $30 or whatever the cost is now towards some running shoes and it would be money better spent in the direction of fat loss- its not amazing thats all and post by post this thread is headed in that direction and being the thread starter wasn't completly certain on this product I guess I'm just being an oposing opinion so he doesn't think its the 2nd coming of christ which he probably has in his head now. There's nothing wrong with giving it a shot, I did, just don't want him to get all excited and buy like 5 bottles or some crap expecting miracles

We all know not every supp works for everyone. Period. In terms of transdermals, Avants products are light years ahead of other products. Proof? Feedback all over the net. Other products, feedback is less than average.

Agreed Curlingcadys, cardio (the right kind of cardio) works wonders. Where the Lipos and Ab-Solved help is gettign rid of that last bid of stubborn fat around the midsection which doesnt seem to go away despite diet, cardio etc. I say this cause I've recently had a number of ppl ask me about the products cause they wanted to get rid of that stubborn fat. My suggestion? First and always, DO SPRINT WORK!!! rather than jog your ass off and burn muscle...and then the Lipo or Ab-Solved should help quite a bit as people have found.

Oh and I don't just say that as an Avant rep, anyone can read my opinions on Avant products when I was just a customer...and my scepticism of spot reduction. being possible at all.
