Default Water weight and the belly bulge

I have a question about water weight. I drink close to a gallon a day how much of that turns to water weight? Also does that have anything to do with excess belly bulge?

Whats the healthiest way to get rid of excess water weight?

Oddly enough, drinking alot of water actually helps your body more efficiently remove water preventing bloating and water retention. When you don't get enough water your body tends to hold on to whatever water it can b/c it thinks you can't get to water/ are dying of thirst. It is very similar to your body holding on to fat when you don't eat b/c it thinks you are starving.

Default yep

your body excretes whatever h2o it doesn't need through urine and sweat.. like traz said... your body is more likely to hold onto water when you are dehydrated.. because your body needs it for survival... Belly bulge is just a common place to store fat unfortunately...

If you drink a lot of beer or liquer, it could be your liver a little bit swollen and if you very large meals it could be the size of your stomach. And of course body fat %
