Smile Girl from Paris needs helps: quick way to loose 15 pnds !!!!

Hello everyone !! I am sending you a message from Paris, France because I need and advice on a quick weight loss program. I am a little overweight ( 66 kg for 1m74 ... can't remember the conversion into pounds and feet/inches !! but I am OK regarding american standards ). I have been reading almost EVERRYTHING on weightloss and fat burners and I am totally LOST !! I have out on weight ( 15 pounds ) since I had a back injury two months ago and I had to stop working ( work in advertising.. lots of stress, burn a lot of energy!! and always used to watch what i eat!! have been very skiny until this horrible stuff happenned... now all my pants are too small and I am totazlly depressed... look like a big cow...). Anyway, I must loose these 15 pounds FAST before I start a new job at the end of february and i will try to start a low carb/high protein diet next week after i have an other surgery... but I am lasy and I can't get on it... I would like to have some advice on wether I should use fat burners and supplements to help me loose that horrible fat!! Are fat burners efficient for me and if yes, Which is the best one between ECA stack and a more complete one that would target all fat receptors ( like hydroxycut?? Xenadrine RFA??, Lipo 6?? Lean system 7??) Is CLA good as a combo or is it bad for cholesterol?? I must find a solution FAST but i don't intend on using those pills for more than I need to. I want to make sure that this is not dangerous for my body.. Although I don't weigh a ton, i feel like a big fat whale and i can't imagine myself staying one more week like that!! People in the US would say that i lost my mind but, hey... I live in Paris, The city of Lights where Fashion and Beauty rules the World !!! Thanks in advance for your advice and response.

if you have been reading so much, you probably should have come across some info that relates to diet.....which is much more important than supps.

my first message was to Sean, the second one to Traz, i hope would would have understood this !!
dear t dot porkshop: how is my diet?? well it is all year long like any good diet should be EXEPT NOLW THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!! I usually eat lots of protein ( but lean) even for breakfast, no brea, lots of veggies and not too much fruit ( full of suger and i dont like fruit in winter). i eat non fat no sugar added yogourts with fruits inside and i never eaty pastries or cakes i don't like it.. but these days, i have been off that good diet for one month since i had my accident and that is why i gained weight: i have cravings for junk food all the time, and i can't eat "normal food" anymore, especially now that i am at home all day doing nothing. when i work, i always watch my diet, but sin ce my accident, i have been feeling depressed and compensating with food, because it is there and i can't do anything else... can't go out nor exercise for an other 3 weeks to a month... if is start loosing weight, then i will be motivated to go on a diet agin.. that's why i was thinking on taking fat burners to start my weight loss.... but i know that pills will not do the work alone and that i have to be carefull of what i eat. i just dont know if it will work if i don't exercise...

NaturalProfessor has a spectacular aura about
Default Diet is 80% of the formulae

If your eating frequent small meals throughout the day that are high in cruciferous vegetables and legumes with adequate H2O intake - adequate = 2.5 liters/day and eliminate dense carbs or foods high in processed sugars the weight should drop off seemingly overnight also avoid processed foods like the plague and keep your sodium intake down to 1250 mg./day - If you have access to Ephedrah then I would recomend the ECA stack but only take 50 mg. of ephedrah + 200 mg. caffine + 80mg. of aspirin/willowbark extract and only after your 1st or 2nd meal of the day and don't eat anything after 8 P.M. each day- check your weight only on a scale on Friday after 4 P.M. and try to get in some form of exercise everyday for 20 - 30 minutes. Without seeing you and knowing how your day to day personal life is this is the best advice I can offer for now--best of luck and congratulations on the new job!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH Professor!! This is what i call new and efficient advice!! i will try to follow if except for thje 2.5L intake because i can never find the time to drink all that and most of all, i retain water if i drink too much ( i know, it is weired, but tha't the case!!). just one more question ( because of my English..) what do you call cruciferous vegetables and legumes ?? can you give me some exwamples of what to eat please?? I wonder also how not to eat after 8pm as i come home from work aroung 8.30pm or 9PM and then, i am starving and io need to have diner!! so it means that i can't go to the restaurant?? Regarding daily exercise, i will try to start agin in a couple of weeks if my doctor allows me to. I have bought a lateral stepper, do you think it is useful or not?? I really don't have time to go to the gym because i have crasy days ( life is difficult in Franced these days... lots of pressure, less employees to do the same amount of work if not more because of this stupid law of "35 hours "!!!, companies loose money and we have to work more in great stress... Thank you again very much for you advice !!!

tnak you for your answer. and you are right, all that stuff started on a misunderstanding. i just need some advice because i have to get my old figure back before going back to work. i work in advertising for a Fashion magazine and looks are really important. i am 5'9 tall and weight ( if the conversion is correct: 144 pounds. must go down to 130 pounds if i want to wear my pants again. do you thing even with a high protein diet and that ECA stack i can't loose those extra 15 pounds in one month?? i thing i should be able to loose it easily because it is a weight that i have put on only a few weeks ago. i always watched my diet before my accident...and i am going to try the stepper and see if it helps!!

Well, dont worry if it is possible or makes sense. Just start, start eating better, start doing whatever exercise you can. If you do the best you can, and dont lose all the weight, then there was nothing else you could of done. I think its possible to get close to that, atleast 8-10 pounds, so just start working towards that goal, and see how it goes.

Default tsk tsk tsk

If your problem is eating maybe you should do it less often. Bashing the U.S that wasn't very nice. If you plan to just lay there on the couch, remember if more is going in than going out uh-oh. Or you could use this innovative machine.....Jennys' french, and check out those abs. And to think she used to be just like you
