Can i get some suggestions on to mix ON 100% Whey with. I am currently using the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and mixing it with soy milk. I drink it but i have to say i dont enjoy it. I will drink it even if it tastes like crap but i would rather make it taste good too. not sure what it is that i dont like. the soy milk, the vanilla flavor or a combination of both. just looking for some suggestions. thanks

if you have a blender here's two of my favorites-
1. scoop of peanut butter 1/3 - 1/2 banana skim milk fat free sugar free vanilla ice cream ice 2. 4-5 frozen strawberries 4 frozen pineapple chunks guava juice pineaplle juice scoop of fat free rasberry sorbet |

Post workout
- about 1.5 cups honey nut cheerios (150 cals) -1 cup %75 less sugar cinnamin toast crunch (110) cals -1 instone protien pudding (100 cals) -1 scoop chocolate whey protien (gnc brand) (130 cals) -1 table spoon of sugar free maple syrup, i packet of nutri sweet (10 cals) along with 3 gnc brand papaya enzyme chewable tablets (to help digest protein) 490 cals 65 carbs 45 protein 6 fat tastes awesome, i eat it after my workout everyday 1 hour intense lift, HIIT cardio 2 times a week age: 20, 6 feet, 173 pounds, %9 body fat tell me what you think |

tomkinz - impressive and sounds good but I am in the weight loss stage so I doubt thats the right diet for me.
fuse - I guess I will just take the whey with water post workout (in the morning) and then drink milk in the evening. Is there a problem there? |

if u want the best taste for that vanilla stuff(cuz i have it btw)
mix it with : sugarcan juice ...man i can drink a gallon out of it , post workout is great , cuz it causes the insulin spike and give u the proteins

Dunno when people will learn, it's been posted a million times. Post workout, you need to mix whey with simple carbs, i.e. malodextrin, gatorade, hell even apple juice. This will get the whey to your shredded muscles faster than milk, water, etc. Mixing whye with milk totally defeats the purpose. milk = slow, whey = fast, whey + sugar = very fast.
