Day 2:
Cap 1 - 7am on empty stomach along with Multivits and Flax seed oil --> Very mild giddiness 2 hours later, followed by thirst, but intensity lower than Day 1. Cap 2 - 1pm - 1 hour before lunch --> Slight giddiness, disappears after taking lunch --> No Edgy behaviour. Cap 3 - 5pm --> No Reaction at all. So far so good. Day 3 will be a real test as I would be doing cardio on empty stomach first thing in the morning, after taking my first Capsule. Let's hope the giddiness remains low like today and yesterday. |

I doubled my dose from Monday to 6 cap a day (2capx3).
I am getting like hot flashes occasionally and I am just losing my trail of thoughts sometimes. Eg: I really wanted to catch a movie on monday, so i convinced a good friend to accompany me. He agreed reluctantly. So we go to the theatre, and I take a look at the movie listings, and I just dont wanna see any movie anymore! I was asking my self, wtf is going on, but I just didnt feel like sitting locked inside a theatre for 90 mins! My friend was a little puzzled, and I made it upto him by buying us drinks that night. Yesterday evening: I went to pick up a friend from the airport and on the way the cabbie was rattling on and on about his life and how hard it is these days to make money and stuff. Normally i enjoy these small talks as it gives me a good insight into a diffeernt segment of society. But yesterday his rattling was just getting unbearable and I just politely told him to switch on the radio so that I wont have to hear his ramblings. He said his radio was out of order, so I prety much politely told him to shut up. Oh and this takes the cake: I had a slight arguement with my boss yesterday morning, and instead of just letting it slide as usual when things get a bit heated, I just took him head on. I pretty much forced my points till he backed off completely and became totally defensive. I actually enjoyed this one. So guys, if you wanted to feel like a woman on her PMS for sometime, take this thing. If you are lucky, you may lose some pounds as well, though I am yet to see that effect. |

Ok so my cycle is in full swing now, starting today. Taking 9 caps everyday.
1. 3x Before Breakfast (7am) 2. 3x Before Lunch (12 noon) 3. 3x Before Dinner (6pm) Havent noticed any major side effect till now. Will keep you guys updated on how I cope with this. |
