Puffy Nipples

I don't think I have gyno, the tissue is not firm on my chest around the nipples. Do I just need to keep dieting and cutting to get them to go away? I'm just curious how to get rid of them, they're kind of annoying and pretty much the only thing on me that im self concious about. Thanks in advance.

Puffy nipples is just the start of gyno.

what are the symptons of gyno? i just have a puffy nipples and i thought that this is gyno and is there any ideas to get rid of puffy nipples?
