Do these powerlung things actually work?
I already train pretty regularly running usually somewhere between 3-5 miles session. I know there are probably tons of people on here who would smoke me, but also not to toot my own horn but I run a 19 min. 3 mi. The Marine Corps physical fitness test maxes out at 18 minutes and it seems to be my elusive goal of attaining that time. Would a Powerlung actually help me out? I wanted to see if I could get any feed back from others before dropping $120~~. |
