Joy, Broken foot
well after so many steady weeks of great progress I will be set back for a while.
I have broken my foot, **** my life! I find out tomorrow how long it has to be in a cast. I need to now develop a workout so that I can maintain and build on my upper body strength while my foot heals. Any pointers will help out. I broke one of the small bones in my foot. I will find out which one tomorrow

3 hours in hospital
dont remember what bone is broken, but apparently the tendon pulled so hard it broke the bone air cast tomorrow, crutches, and more xrays next week joy

Ya I did. It was years ago, I forget what my name was though, so I started a new account. I had posted before about my injuries from a car accident so that is probally what you would remember
