Default Torn Hamstring

I tore my hamstring two years ago playing baseball, unfortunately kind of a career ending one since it was my Sr year in high school and it continued to hurt up until a few months ago (two years later). I am wondering what I should do now that my hamstring has healed. I have tried squatting, but my right leg (uninjured one) does the majority of the lifting and I did hamstring curls with one leg, but I can barely do the minimum weight on the machine. Any ideas on what I should do to get it back up?

thanks,

#1. What does your physical therapist say about this?

#2. Depends on your answer to the first question.
