Hello, i will be entering my senior year of HS this fall. I am about 5'10''-5'11'' and 190 lbs. I play basketball but am not looking for a basketball specific workout. My hope is to be about 180 lbs. by the beginning of school. I want to become more leaner and gain strength rather than bulk up. Looking for an overall body workout about 3-4 days a week. Any help?
