hi i'm lucky is a jewel in the rough
Default how should i approach this?

.....

i had this lower back (right side, chiropractor say the Quadratic lumbrum muscle..sorry for the mis spell) injury for almost a year now (11 months)...second time im having it first the it got better when my soccer season started, must of all the movemnet; however, this time its been here forever now. so when i lift and dont lift its the same level of pain that i feel in the lower back region. furthermore, becuase of the pain i dont do any squats for dead lifts. but i did in the beginning when i got into lifitng (5 months ago). about 3 weeks ago i felt the most pain this year so i havent lifted since. anyways my question is should i go back into lifting again and stay away from deads/squats or go ahead and do the deads/squats but just light weight?

thank u thank u
