Default Wrist pain

I do boxing workouts and every time I go 100% on the mitts or bags my wrist swells. I've had X-Rays and there's nothing broken. Also I take MSN and Ibuprofen 600 after intense workouts. I get home and I alt Heat and Ice. And out of 5-8 workouts a week. I might go hard once every two weeks. Then I usually HAVE to take off a day or two.

Any other suggestions for faster recovery?

make sure you tape your wrists, everyone has baby wrists when they first start on the heavy bag, mine used to kill me, it goes away after a few weeks though.

True, UNLESS he has Arthritis in that wrist, then he's just going to have to deal with it...

I have it in both wrists and both elbows and it ALWAYS effects my workouts. In this case you will have to work aorund it.
