Default Snapping pain beside elbow :(

So last night I was at the gym did my work out, then started a post work out jog when the odd pain started to happen. When you take your right arm and lay it staright with the palm facing outwards, just to the left of the elbow, there is a snapping sensation (not really a sensation since I can feel something small and thin contracting then snapping) and its painfull.

So I googled, trolled alot of fourms, looked at alot of stuff but nothing really matches up. The snapping feeling only occurs when when my arms moves in a ceartin way and sort of fast, in this case when I jog ( you know that motion your arm makes) and it doesn't hurt any other time. Sometimes at rest I can feel that spot suddenly heat up, contract slightly and go away just as fast as it came ( a second at most ). But again nothing really matches up, because after this happend 4-5 times in the span of about 2 mins, it doesnt occur again untill I cool down.

Anyone ever heard of this exactly or have it happen to them? Im going to avoid the gym untill I figure it out because I want to reduce any possible damage ( if none has happened that can't be readily fixed). Again googleing it is hit and miss, some smyptons match while others are way off.
