lol this is kinda weird i was just gonna post the exact same problem. i experience tightness and sometimes clicking to the point where i could extra 2-5 reps on the other arm i dont remember hurting it i may have popped it slightly while playing football. when im doing db bench and shoulder press i have a hard time controlling the weight at the top of the movement what that indicates i have no idea?? but so strange we both have exact same problem

Clicking is normal, as long as it is not painful.
Do you have full range of motion with it? does lifting or lowering your arm cause any extra pain? The best advice i can give is to stop pressing for a week or two. It may only be a slight strain of a tendon or something like that... but if you keep working it you are only going to exacerbate the problem.

The clicking is commonly caused by inflammation of the tendon. As others have said you need to rest it. If you cause damage to the tendon it can actually become thicker which can then cause even more problems.
A good chiropractor will be able to advise you better tha us though. |
