I'm R.I.C.Eing it and I'm gonna try to keep my protein high and train all my other body parts. i have big goals for this season and im no way gonna let this get in the way.this isnt near as bad but i cant run with out a great amount of pain. i hope to be rehabing it in days

I'm going to give the same advice to you as I give to everyone else: see a sport's doctor or a physiotherapist if you're looking to make a full recovery in the shortest amount of time.

Dude, do NOT push yourself. I pulled my hamstring in early September, gave it 3 days rest. Ice for 30 mins every 2 hours for the first 48 hrs, then wrapping and heat pad. It felt pretty good, held up well when jogging, then pulled again on a full sprint. I gave it a full weeks rest with the same recovery routine. Same thing happened. Gave it two weeks rest with the same recorvery routine and bam it happened again. Hamstring injuries suck, give them all the time they need. Oh, and this wouldn't have happened if I warmed up properly when doing deads, and then i had practice immediately after. Stupid me, but I learned my lesson in the end.
