Question arm inflexibility

Hi, I just joined the forums and had a few questions that I haven't been able to find the answer to so far. I don't weight train, or do much of any training for that matter anymore. My main problem is that I can't extend either of my arms fully. Seems to be somewhere between 10 and 20% away from full extension. There is no pain, there never has been. I first noticed this 5 or so years ago (I'm 23 now). It hasn't been much of a problem, but I haven't come across anybody who has anything similar. When I was 16-17 I did some weight training in high school, and this is why I come to these forums. I did focus on a lot of bicep work outs and was wondering if somehow I have damaged something in my arms to create this condition, and if there is a way to reverse it. It might be as simple as physical therapy and stretching but I don't know much about fitness. My whole arm is also extremely inflexible starting from the fingers all the way through my tricep. I can't bend my wrist back 90 degrees, and can only get to about 45 degress with straight fingers. Like I said, it may be something as simple and just being very inflexible , but any information would be appreciated. -Thanks , J

See a Sports Orthopedist.

I could be something simple like tight/shortened muscles but it could also be something else. Have a professional sort it out. No sense risking future injury.
