Default Forearm stress fracture(s)!?!?

I was diagnosed with a stress fracture in my right mid-forearm about 5 months ago, and determined that the cause was from work and weight lifting. I have been able to correct this problem for the most part, although I still have pain from time to time. My doctor told me that this is a relatively rare issue to have, and now I am 99% sure that I have one in my other arm in the exact same spot. It normally only hurts when I train my biceps. I am wondering if there could be a possible problem in the way I am training. I am 20 years old and train biceps once or twice a week, normally with 3-4 exercises and 3-4 sets each in the 6-12 rep range. I believe that I use good form and I don't think I lift more than I can handle with good form without using my back or shoulders to throw it up. If anyone has had a similar problem, or really has any thoughts at all on the subject, I would love to hear from you. My doctor may be able to help correct it after it happens, but I really want to avoid long term problems and I would LOVE to know why this is happening. Thanks
