Default Ouch !!!!!!!!!!!

Dropped a 25lb plate on my foot this morning in the gym.

Messed up my workout because the pain distracted me from lifting

I just hope this won't effect my leg day on Friday........Squats might be tricky

Nagh, just bear down and man up when it hurts.
You can do it, the adrenaline alone will push you through it.
But it shouldnt hinder anything, as long as you didnt chip a bone or anything.

Now after, thats a different story, it might be throbbing a bit later

After I did it I pulled out my heaviest deadlifts ever.

Afterwards, I hoped around the gym and completed my workout

I agree, the adrenalin helps reduce the pain.....I'll live
