F.E.a.R might have it right man, I had a pinched nerve in my neck last fall and my tricep basically had no strength, for DB bench press I could do 75's with my good arm and 30's with the bad arm.
I went to the doc and got it checked, but all he really said was to go easy and build back up to where I was before (still not fully there with some lifts). But I would recommend getting checked out, if anything at least you will kno what's up.

Good luck man

Well, went to a physical therapist this past weekend and had him work on me for 2 hours. He specializes in bodybuilding and he just about killed me but it seemed to do the trick. I had a great chest workout, I was not lifting nearly as much as I was 2 months ago, but I did not have the weakness that I have been experiencing and had a pretty good workout overall. I still think the 2 months of whatever it was took its toll. I see slightly less development on my left pec so I guess I'll have to work on that and I still seem to get a better pump on my right but now that I am lifting OK, I would imagine that I should be back to pre injury shape in no time.

Make sure you ease into working it out, you don't wanna crap away all the progress you've made. I learned that the hard way..
