Default Shoulder surgery done
well surgery is done

im typing with one hand

doc said my muscle tear was from my scapula to my front , worse then he thought but still said i should make a full recovery..

but they gave me a nerve blocker, and my whole arm to my hand is numb and i hate it

That nerve blocker is for pain right? Good thing then if so

yeah its for pain doc gave me perc 5's said ill need em when it wears off....


said it might not be enough well see

and thanks bro im looking forard to getting better.. my traps are waiting

Dang bro one more surgery, hope you heal fast bro. And on the numbness no big deal, now you don't have to sit on your hand and wait for to go numb to give yourself a Stranger..LOL......J/k tho, hope you have a good recovery bro.

ill be in a sling 10-16 days.. i can shower after 3 which is good....

then no pulling, pushing, or holding things in that arm for like 1 month....

doc says by june ill be lifting

Well... its been almost 2 months since surgery....

Im maxxing out the crappy Tricep pull down machine with 80lbs already....

im also do upward rows of 80lbs which def isnt my personal best but its good i guess....

Curling like 30lbs in each arm...

But doc dosent have me doin any open chained exercises yet, i think hes goin to let m start on them in a week or soo

Besides that i feel no pain i feel good and im abck down to aboout 207lbs again

thats awesome. I just got my wisdom teeth out and was on my a__ for 5 days.. you were out for a way longer time, I dont even wanna know what it felt like. Hope it comes back fast bro!
