Default right elbow bugging me

I hurt it in the summer working when i was putting a big 3 blade lawn mower up a ramp in a truck and the things wheel was flat and it slipped off the ramp and i was basically holding the damn thing off the truck in the bottom of a military press position for a bit. Now ever since that when i started lifting again in september (which was like 3 or 4 weeks after that happened when i started lifting again so it kinda had a little time to get better...) my right like brachialis muscle it feels like gets kind of irritated doing various kinds of exercises. It feels like its sort of where my brachialis (that main forearm muscle?) meets the side of my bicep where my elbow is.

At the time it happened i felt a little tingling in my right elbow and felt sort of pain in my brachialis. It almost felt like a pump tho and not really a pain in my brachialis... more just discomfort i guess like i strained/pulled it or something.

Theres no tingling or anything now it's just the brachialis issue I have been tolerating the discomfort/slight pain in it and it has gotten a little worse but i can still tolerate it. It almost feels like it clicks/grinds a tiny bit sometimes when i extend my forearm back and forth. I'm worried it may get worse tho as i lift heavier weights. I'm gonna be taking atleast a week maybe 2 weeks off soon around christmas becuz ive been lifting consistantly pretty much for the last 3 months. Maybe that will help.

i dont think its anything to do with tennis elbow because its on the opposite side from where you get tennis elbow. It's on the inner side of my elbow like where my bicep meets my brachialis. it gets irritated from various pulling and pushing exercises.

I have been taking glucosamine i think that may have helped a bit but not a whole lot. Maybe i havent been taking it long enuff.

Any advice tho?

Use of ice immediately after your workouts and 2-3 more times throughout the day can help to decrease the inflammation. Also, use of an anti-inflammatory may help with the pain and keep you lifting.

Ice,ice,ice...number one thing that helps me with all tendon, joint issues. Trust me I have plenty of them. I get my joints tugged on daily. You need to see a Doctor...imo
