I used to get it everytime I work out my tri's... Now I get it too on my shoulders... I find that doing a couple of sets of high rep (20 reps), kinda slow tempo (2-0-2), and low weight (10-15lbs) one arm db overhead extension [for tri's] helps. If that doesn't help then you can try scivation's cissus/elastamine.

I used to get a lot of elbow pain from BB Curls. If you're contracting tightly all the way at the top it tends to twist the forearms and put a lot pressure on the joint. Best thing to alleviate this pain is rest, accompanied with Cissus-RX.

Weird, my elbow has been bothering me somewhat lately. I'm trying to recover from a shoulder injury and the elbow is on the same side. I did'nt start noticing it until a few weeks ago and I hurt my shoulder a couple months ago. I think it may have something to do with it as the inside of my elbows (low bis) did hurt the same time I hurt my shoulder. I have'nt been going that heavy, but bar curls seem to bother it more than triceps exercises. I've been going light on the curls, but have worked up to med. weight on alternate curls which don't seem to bother it as much. The only tri. exercise I'm doing is press downs and I am starting to get to pretty heavy weight now. I figured I might as well since I can't hit anything else heavy on the upper body, but I hope thats not whats bothering it...
