Default Need some help plz

Ive had this little nagging pain for about a week and a half. It never really stopped me from doing anything until today. Its where the lower outside part of the shoulder meets the arm i guess you could say, my right arm. It really flared up when i was doing skull crushers. Now it hurts a good deal. anyone know what is wrong and what could have caused it? Much appreciated.

You have strained something in the bicep, delt or in perhaps in the tie in area.

It could have been caused my a multitude of actions, but I bet it can be attributed to lose or poor form in one way or another....

However, skulls might be the culprit as the she shoulders are obviously not an assitance muscle in that movement, but they certainly are at the base of the movement and lock every thing in, so they are actively involved....But then again, the shoulders are involved in pretty much most lifts you will do

Take some time off or do movements that do not aggrevate that area, definitely skip the skulls. It's sounds minor, shouldnt be too difficult to heal up.

Asking us how it happened is near impossible, thats best as your judgement call as it happened to you and only you know when and where it happened and after what exercises, etc, etc..
