Default Thrombosis help !!!!

Hi
It has been awhile since I've made a thread on this part of the forum.
I have been making good gains the past couple of months and everything was going fine with my overall workout, the best it has been in a long time.
Anyways Friday Nov 2 was my leg workout and all went well ,no pain no injuries and a little gain also.
Saturday I get up Nov 3 now and feel pretty good not sore and ready for my day.I did a few little things on my computer and then went over to my sisters to play around with her 4 month old Lab.I get back home at 4:00 pm and at 4:45 take a nap til 5:45 pm and then get up and take a shower.
While in the shower I felt a pain in my upper arm right side around bicep but think nothing of it.I go upstairs and felt kinda weird I get dressed and look in mirror and see my right arm is blue from my fingertips to top of my shoulder.
The veins are pumping out around bicep and then forearm.I felt like I had just used some kind of steroid. My skin got tighter around my whole arm and it was painful. My girlfriend sees this and also sees my face going white, I am feeling dizzy at this time and short of breath so I sit down.
Next thing I know I'm at the emergency and there putting i.v in me and checking my arm out this was 6:30pm by now.
I ended staying in hospital until Monday Nov 5 until 2:00 pm.I now have to go to the hospital for the next week everyday to check my blood.
I ended up having thrombosis in the upper arm near neck where the clavicle is.
I am now on coumadin for 6 months and inhep injections for a week which I give myself for a week, this is the reason for the everyday visit to hospital for the first week.
I seen a specialist before I left that Monday and he asked me a whole lot of questions, it came down to it for him at this point that maybe my weight-lifting was a partial or full cause of my blood clot in my vein in my right arm.I cannot lift now for who knows how long and at this point just getting dressed takes all the wind out of me.

Just wanted to know if anyone has been through this and what u think of my situation pls.
I was making great gains too ,that pisses me off the most right now well except for the bloodclot which is still baffling me.

Thks for reading and sorry for all the detail and the length but I thought it was needed to tell the story.

That sucks. I don't know how old you, but it sounds like you are not that old. If that is the case, these are usually pretty rare unless there is some kind of injury or illness to precipitate the incident. I never heard of lifting weights to cause it, but who knows. Possibly an intense power lifting type workout? I all can say is listen to the doc and take it easy until he says the all clear and what you can safely do.
