Default Rugby/Football Players

I was wondering if any Rugby/football (mostly rugby) players could give me some exercise's or specific lifts that I should be doing for these sports.

Thank you.

Bench, power cleans , squats ( for football anyways). If you get a scholarship the first thing they willl ask for is your bench and your powerclean. If you look at squats and power cleans they emulate your tackle.
