Couple of weeks ago I felt a sharp pain in my left shoulder while doing seated presses. It's been a dull numbing pain ever since. Since then my left arm has become significantly weaker because of it.
Yesterday I went to see my Chiropractor and after a deep massage and a spine adjustment I'm feeling better. He did say my shoulder and back muscles were very tense and advised me to stay out of the gym for a few days
I see him again on Monday for one more treatment and hopefully I can get back in the gym ASAP.
