Was it more of a POP or a crack like you said? If your not in much pain you may have lucked out. See how you feel tomorrow.
Do you have insurance, or are on your parents insurance? Go to the doctor if you are concerned. Moving to sports injuries.

A crack? Doesn't sound good man. I mean it could have been as simple as your back popping, but that doesn't explain the soreness. Have you tried icing it down? Stretching?
Good luck with it - hopefully its just simple soreness.

Ouch!
I had a very similar thing happy to me when I was doing t-bar rows (incorrectly). I heard a big pop and then blinding pain. I had to sit down for awhile and my back was unbelievably sore for 3-4 days. I'd goto a doctor if the pain is still severe...only you know for sure. |
