Default Surgery Done

Ok well folks i had my acl replaced yesterday...

3 hours for the surgery and everything went fine... I actually dont feel as much pain as i thought i would...

Bad news i recived...

Seems the over compensation , by shifting weight to my left side of my body kinda took its toll...
Doc said that my joints in my knee and hip seem to be real loose and said this could possible jepordize the surgery he just did..
Soo when i go back to PT for my right knee he wanst it on the left also..
He said if that dosent work hes goin to want to Do a Artho On the left knee as well

Sheeeesh...that kinda stinks.

Glad the surgery went well though, hope you don't need any more.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Best of luck on the recovery!

I had an ACL reconstruction done about 3 or 4 years ago so feel free to ask any questions you might have.

For the first few days at least Tylenol 3 will be your best friend

Yeah they have me on [ercs, i had to stop taking them though, they made me anxious, soo im just taking advil, that seems to be perfect..

Im walking around with crutches fairly well, and i can stand and bear weight already on the leg....

Just can seem to completly flatten out the leg when laying on my back just yet
