Default extreme neck and back pain

hi, i was deadlifting earlier today as part of my back workout.

started off with t-bar row, lat pulls and then onto deadlifts.

warmed up with 60kg went onto 100kg, 115kg and finished off with 1 rep out of a 140kg.

On that last rep i felt that my form during deadlift was absoloutley crap, the whole lift took about 10 seconds and as i was rising my lower back felt like it was being pulled apart and my arms felt like they were gonna pop out of sockets so i only did one rep.

didnt feel no pains then but about an hour later my lower back and neck got really stiff (like when u've woken up from sleeping in an awkward position) and then pains gotten worse all day up until now where i can barely move my neck in any direction and my lower back cannot be arched at all if i do the pain is just toooo much.

I hope i aint done any serious damage but im gonna go see doc mid week if it doesnt heal.

Would appreciate any advice for the time being, any do's or dont's etc...

thanks alot folks.
