Default chronic pain in both arms

hi
sincerely hope someone can help !
.... every sunday i train legs at my gym as its the most quietest . i do the usual bread and butter exercises - SQUATS , LUNGES , LEG PRESS, EXTENTIONS etc
the problem being , some 12 hours or so later the pain in my lower bicep and upper forearm area on both arms is horrendous.
this pain last for several days and is aggrevated at work and at gym.its getting me down coz i cant put 100% into my training
its not down to rest as i have had 2 months off after an ear op but on return to training this pain errupts again
i can only immagine its caused by picking up the plates and sliding them on the bar , this causing the tendons to stretch and become inflamed
i have worn neoprene supports to no avail and done low weight curls b4 squats to warm up my arms , but pain still comes
today my arms are so painfull after yesterdays leg workout- if ipress my thumb into my bicep and forearm its very painfull.
the EXACT area is where the large vein runs up the forearm and onto the bicep, and if i press an inch either side of this vein the pain is felt deep into the muscles of bicep and forearms
please HELP !

You don't have this pain any other time? Do you ever do hammer curls?

So this pain is only in your arms, even though you work your legs? Do you ever work your arms?

unless it is extreme DOMS...I might see a doc... cause that doesn't sound like anything smalltime...

yep, i train arms mid week, but its not doms.delayed onset muscle soreness.
the pain i experience is not the deep ache of muscle break down but more like tendon pain . which is a much more acute pain.
as i said my arms are fine b4 suats and as for doctor , hes waste of time - he just says rest , ye right - easier said than done.

seek help from a physio if you can its impossible to give you a detailed analysis just from reading. a physio will be able to pinpoint the pain and give an accurate diagnosis!

Check how you are holding the bar when you squat. You may be pinching a nerve or putting your arms at weird angle. Otherwise I would say it's not squat related.

Try using a pad underneath the bar, or a manta, and see if the pain changes.

Still schedule a session with the doc, as I don't think anyone here will have experience with that kind of pain after squatting.

Well being my left arm used to go numb while squatting without a pad, I would believe there is the opportunity for it.

just an update on my chronic pain .the pain has dropped 10 fold . i can only put it down to warming my shoulders up thoroughly b4 squats, in particular the rotator cuff muscles . i can only think they were too tight or pinching on a nerve ,but giving them a good warmup seems the way to go . i can remember b4 i wood get into the squat rack and my shoulders would hurt just thru reaching back and placing hands on the bar ready to squat. been virtually pain free 4 about 3or 4 weeks now . well a happy chappy .
