Default Muscle Cramp

I got a severe muscle cramp in my right lower abdominal(to the right and slightly below my belly button) while working out tonight. I could feel it tightening up inch by inch, fluttering into a hard knot. I immediately started stretching it, and the pain slowly went away. Now an hour later its still sore, and feels like I pulled it. Is this a pulled muscle or just the result of a horrible cramp.....I dont know as I've never had a cramp that bad in my life.

It even hurts to push on it.

I've had that when my calf cramps up while sleeping. It should be fine tomorrow, it's just sore because of the cramping (think one part of your muscle doing a hard 1 rep and thats why it's sore).

Then the calve muscle is sore like a nasty charlie horse the next day.

It will go away within a few days Traps
