Default Sore elbows

Ok so whenever I do a heavy Tri or chest workout, my elbows get really REALLY sore. Well only my right one. To the point where I cant get back in the gym for a few days. I never really messed it up so I dont know what to do. I stay away from lifting heavy for a couple of months then when I try again, it starts back up.
Its starting to piss me off and besides ibprofen (SP?) I dont know what to do.
Any advise?

You may like to try wearing some form of elbow support when you train. ALso supplement your joints health with glucosamine choindroitin, flax seed with cod liver oil. Perhaps try different exercises for those body parts to see if that makes a difference to joint pain. Rest when it hurts, please do not train with sore joints.
