Default sore shoulders

hey all, ive recently started getting throbbing pains deep in my shoulders when i do anything physical it does shoot down towards my bicep in my left arm at times.I am four to five weeks into a cycle and have increased in weights quite a bit, is this pain likely to be ligaments and be rested and for how long i dont want to waste cycle but obviously want to avoid bad injury. If anyone has experienced this or can tell me the best treatment please let me know.CHEERS

If you have pain you shouldn't do anything for the hurting areas. As for how long you rest them, pretty much until there isn't any pain. It could be as much as a month or 2 depending how bad. I just recently had to take 2 months off because of back pain.
