Default another shoulder problem

Well last tuesday i messed up my shoulder benching... wasn't paying enough attention to keeping my elbows in and oops... now my shoulder is jacked. I didnt feel a pop or anything... it was just a little stiff after the set. Wake up the following day, and it literally hurts to even let my arm hang down.

The pain is towards the back of my shoulder, but shoots pain throughout my entire delt area.

I'm assuming its a torn rotator cuff, but I'm really hoping its not. I've been icing it each day and its making a little progress, but not much.

Anyone have some tips to speed the healing process, preventitive excersizes, or just an insite to what this injury might be?

I know i should be going to the doctors, but I've been going too much as it is. With the MRI's to figure out what the hell happened to my hamstring, and all the x-rays on my neck, I just want absolutly nothing to do with a Dr's office right now.

Any help would be greatly appritiated!

Thanks

Hey man,

I feel your pain i dislocated my shoulder and ever since i cant do a few exercises, what i did to stp the pain in ace bandaged my arm to its side for a few days applying ice to it till i felt it wouldnt hurt or pop anymoe....

The best way i say to see if its rotator, is honeslty got to the doctoras, i mena if you got full range of motion without pain, able to rotate it in circles and such it might not be the cuff but a ligament or soemthign which is rwally nto good either...

Apply ice and rest it, and try and avoid exercises that will cause it to hurt, i myself need surgery but i cant afford to take it soo i avoid the execises i gotta ..

Good luck to ya man
