I did shoulders right before I did traps actually... Nothing seemed to get injured during those workouts though...
and it didn't happen as I was putting the weights back, it happened during a rep toward the end of a set... I guess it's just one of those things that happens from time to time, gotta let it heal and I'll be good to go |

I had a similiar experiance with barbell hack squats. I was coming up from almost ASG and right under my left shouldre blade towards the middle of my back I got his pain. It even hurt for a few days to breathe in. But fortunetly it went away, try going to the doctor? Maybe its just out
