Default Knot in back Hurts bad!!!

Anyone ever get a knot in the back from working out,and man does it hurt.
Is this something that can be rubbed out,as in back rub.

I go to ciro or physio. What you have to do is get someone to put alot of pressure on it. It will hurt but after doing this 1-3 times (10 seconds each time) it will feel better.

See an osteopath - I get knots from sitting in front of computers all day (bad posture probably). If I didn't workout, I think it'd be worse.

i have that same problem....i have a knot in my back and it hurts like a b*tch when i do bicep curls...my girlfriends rubbed it down for a few weekends in a row now and the pains pretty much gone

If it's just a knot you need to massage and stretch it out. Stretching will probably hurt b/c when I deal with knots in backs at track practice it hurts and so does the massage. Also if it's spasming or anything like that you could even do an ice massage if not, you could also use heat before you stretch and massage it to get the blood flowing to keep it from being as painful.
