Default Aquilies Tendon?

Ok soo check this..

I started to work a warehouse job right...

it involves hardcore amounts of walking back and forth..

20+++ miles a night...

Moving pallet Jacks with over 1,000 pounds if not more sometimes....

My lower left foot, in the back along the tendon, has been hurting like a mothher****ker , to the point its interfearing with my work.....

Could it be the shoes im using ?

Or could it actually be something a lil bit more serious....?

Let me know if anybody out there has expierenced anythign like this

Where is the pain exactly? What kind of pain is it? Swelling?

Could be ur shoes maybe they are rubbing against ur achilles and making the bursa swell? Also, it might just be hurting b/c you just starting doing something that you aren't used to doing and your muscles/tendons, etc. are used to do that kind of strenuous work especially with that amount of weight and everything

Maybe get some spongy insoles for your shoes - especially if you're moving that heavy weight on a concrete floor.

Default we have

a store where I live that will video tape you walking or running in the shoes you want, then analyze them for you...

to me, that's a bit over the top, but my point is that there are professional people out there who are really really informed about shoes and feet. Maybe check out a podiatrist.

Sorry to hear you're hurting...feel better...
