b0rgri0t has a spectacular aura about
Default NERVE in Left Arm/Shoulder/Elbow

I have a horrible shooting "nerve" pain in my left arm/shoulder/elbow. This seemed to start happening during bencing incline/decline/flat, but it also seems to happen when I do dips. The pain really seems to be focus on the left inner elbow but I believe it starts at my left shoulder. It gets so bad if I dont quit what im doing that I cannot lift my arm forward higher than my shoulder and in doind so shake pretty badly. A few hours post workout the pain eventually goes away and I re-gain full range of motion. I would like to know if anyone else has any experience with this pain and what they do to aleviate it or prevent it. I am going to take it easy for the next 2-3 days and just hit the cardio and abs.

Hey man, I have damaged my nerves as well. Even though you cant feel it the pain is most likly coming from your neck, or higher back. You prob pinched a nerve, so I'd suggest seeing a chiropractor. I had mine really bad tell I saw one started feeling better in the first week, and I had/have it for 7 of so months very badly.

So, go see a chiropractor, itl get better. Althought it takes time. Its been a year since I pinched mine, and I still cant do any exercise where I have to keep my arm straight with weight in my hand. (Dead lift, shrugs, full curls ect) Good Luck.
